How does Prestige Beauty Shop promotions work?
There's always a promotion going on for certain items. You will need to enter a valid promo code for discount or you can either shop sale to get up to 50% off selected items.
I have a valid promo code. Where do I enter it to receive the discount?
If you have a Prestige Beauty Shop promo code, you can apply it to your order and get an extra discount on your purchase.
To do so, on the website, enter it in the corresponding box on the shopping cart page or at checkout and click "Apply" to validate it.
Remember, you must enter the code before you proceed to checkout or the discount won’t be applied.
The promo code discount might not be for your selected item so please check carefully.
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
- Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For returns, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
- Prestige Beauty Shop will provide the you (the customer) with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

- The insurance cost,

If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Prestige Beauty Shop reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 3 business days.

Once you have successfully placed your order with us, you will receive an email that contains information with the details of your order such as your order number, details of the product(s), corresponding prices, any promotional coupons, your first and last name, your shipping and billing information, and shipping method.
This order confirmation email is your receipt and can be printed for your records.
If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us by email at email@example.com with the subject 'Cancel Order' and include your order number, name and the reason for the cancellation within 24 hours of placement. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order is processing, we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled.
If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive an email to advise you. If you have any questions about cancelled order, please contact us via email.
Please Note: A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you (the customer) no longer has access to that payment method, then you'll need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
While we make every effort to fulfill your entire order, on very rare occasions we may need to cancel one or more item(s) due to inventory availability.
If we are ever unable to fulfill your entire order due to an item out of stock, you will receive a cancellation email and a refund of unshipped item(s).
- Local orders take 5-15 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 3 business days.
- Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
